Luminary Leader
When everything feels uncertain, it isn’t expertise that determines your next move — it’s the patterns you’ve built under pressure.
The leaders I work with are already capable and experienced. At this level, the challenge isn’t knowing what to do — it’s how you think and decide when there is no playbook, no certainty and no one above you to ask.
The Luminary Leader Mirror™ is where we begin — a proprietary assessment that surfaces the hidden patterns shaping how you lead under pressure, so the real work can start.
Many of the leaders I work with arrive carrying things they haven’t been able to say out loud — doubts about important decisions, difficult relationships, and the hidden cost of holding everything together.
ICF PCC-credentialed Executive Coach and Global Board Member · Advanced studies in organisational psychology · Former Senior HR Leader across publicly listed multinationals and European institutions — operating across industries and cultures at the intersection of leadership, complexity and organisational change.
You may recognise this in yourself
These patterns don't announce themselves. They surface quietly — in the quality of your decisions, the dynamics in your relationships, the results your team produces.
This work is for leaders navigating uncertainty, complexity and increasing responsibility — who want to understand how they operate under pressure, not just push through it.
This work enables
1:1 leadership coaching and development, leadership team development, focused interventions and immersive retreats — grounded in psychological depth and organisational reality. This is a space where you are both supported and directly challenged, working on the situations you are actually facing, not hypothetical ones. The form adapts to your context. The focus never does.
What leaders say
Leaders typically notice shifts in how they make decisions under pressure, navigate difficult stakeholders, and manage the weight of responsibility.
"Working with Jurgita on our Global Leadership Programs has been a rich collaboration. Her multicultural personal and professional leadership experience is highly valued by our senior leaders."
Michal Bibliowicz, Head of Global Leadership and Culture, Accor Group"She is an incredible coach who truly transformed my perspective. Her guidance was both strategic and empathetic, enabling me to implement actionable strategies and see improvements in a short period of time."
Jasmin Manov, Head of Tribe Transport Administration IT&D, DB Schenker"She provided exceptional value in her ability to assess situations quickly and offer concrete tools, processes and plans of action to enable successful growth, change and resilience."
Lorraine Ndayirukiye, Project Manager, IOM – UN Migration"Jurgita has allowed me to go deep and understand myself first and then she suggested tools and tips to use to overcome my personal and professional challenges. Professional, direct questions to allow me to reflect, never suggesting answers but allowing me to find my answers, with practical and useful tools to apply in real life."
Veronica Schiavon, VP Procurement, ElectroluxA Luminary Leader
It's the capacity to hold complexity without losing clarity. To navigate uncertainty without losing yourself. To make sound decisions in the moments when it's hardest to do so.
A Luminary Leader understands how they lead under pressure and chooses it consciously. They don't default to patterns formed under stress. They continue to learn, adapt and grow — because they know that who they are is how they lead.
The cost of not addressing this is concrete. It shows up in decisions that lose sharpness. In teams that lose trust. In leaders who lose themselves — incrementally, quietly — until it becomes visible to everyone around them.

The Luminary Leader Approach
They understand what drives them under pressure and lead from awareness rather than habit. Leading yourself is the foundation of all leadership.
This work is anchored in the situations you are actually facing — the conversations, decisions and moments of real pressure. Not leadership in theory. Leadership as it unfolds.
The Three Dimensions of Leadership at This Level
As responsibility increases, leadership becomes less about skill and more about how you operate in complexity. At senior levels, it moves across three interdependent dimensions:
How you think, interpret situations and show up — especially under pressure.
How you create clarity in ambiguity and make decisions with incomplete information.
How you influence, align and lead others when stakes are high.
These dimensions are not separate. They come together and become most visible in the moments that test you. Under pressure, patterns in how you think are amplified through complexity — often triggering automatic responses that shape how you think and decide, communicate and respond, relate to others, and handle challenge and uncertainty. These patterns are learned. And they can be understood, expanded and changed.
The Luminary Leader Mirror™ — a proprietary assessment and structured process that reveals the patterns shaping how you lead under pressure, and what it takes to shift them.
The Nature of This Work
Not what you know about leadership. How you actually lead — in the moment, under pressure, when it counts.
This is not about applying frameworks in isolation. Where useful, models are used to make patterns visible and translate them into real situations, decisions and interactions. The focus is always on how leadership actually unfolds — under real pressure, in real context.
This work is reflective, but not passive. It combines insight with challenge and application so that change becomes visible in how you lead day to day.
Over time, this leads to
Ways of Working
Every engagement begins with where you are — not where a programme assumes you should be.
Processes take different forms depending on the context and need. The form adapts — the focus does not.
A confidential space to explore and transform how you lead in complex and demanding situations.
Strengthening team alignment, trust, communication, and collective effectiveness.
Making patterns visible and facilitating more intentional leadership in specific contexts.
A structured view of leadership patterns, supporting meaningful and sustained development.
Immersive and in-depth work over a concentrated period of time.
Who This Is For
Leaders who are willing to see themselves clearly — and do something with what they find.
Often these are leaders who are already capable and experienced — but recognise that something in how they operate under pressure is limiting their effectiveness. This is not for quick fixes or surface-level development. It requires a willingness to engage with what is actually shaping how you lead, and to take responsibility for it.
The approach is grounded in established psychological frameworks, including Transactional Analysis, applied within a leadership and organisational development context. It is developmental rather than diagnostic — designed to support awareness, learning and change over time.

About
Over the past 20 years, I have worked at the intersection of leadership, organisational development and complex systems — across international institutions including the European Parliament and the European Central Bank, global corporations, and high-growth environments.
Most recently, I served as Head of HR for EMEA at a global technology company.
Having lived and worked across eight countries over 25 years, I bring a deep, lived understanding of how leadership is shaped by culture, systems and context. A Lithuanian national now based in Spain, I work internationally.
I currently serve on the Global Board of Directors of the International Coaching Federation, contributing to the development of the coaching profession worldwide.
"I experienced Jurgita as a true Strategic Business Partner and an exceptional HR Leader. She excels in providing guidance and finding solutions to the challenges presented by working in complex multicultural and global environments."
Thomas Belousek, CEO & Board Member, Airbnb"Jurgita was a thoughtful and strategic HR leader. I was impressed by how she coached her leaders and was the key partner in bringing the organisation to greater heights."
Dawn Wong, SVP, Head of People & Experience APAC, VaynerMediaAcross these contexts — executives, leadership teams, organisations navigating transformation, growth and uncertainty — one pattern has remained consistent: what defines leadership is not intention. It is how leaders think, decide and respond when pressure is real.
My Personal Story
“If you had no fear — what would you be free to do today?”
Sometime around 2016, I was sitting in an airport. Head of HR for Europe in a global company. Successful. Travelling every week. And I caught myself with such noise in my head that it stopped me.
What if this project I am leading fails? What if I’m not good enough? I can’t say no — I’m too senior for that. I can’t draw a boundary — I’m responsible for everyone. This report I am about to submit needs to be perfect — I will work tonight at the hotel!
That moment sent me to learn meditation. And meditation taught me something that changed everything: I had been running from myself.
Then 2020 came. COVID stopped the world. It stopped me too, but in a different way than I would have expected. In 2021 I faced a major health scare — and suddenly everything became very clear.
When you are facing the idea of death and your own mortality, all other fears and worries seem to subside. If I had no fear — what would I be free to do today? I no longer had fear. And I chose.
I quit my job at the peak of my career, in my early forties. I chose impact over title. Because I realised that strategy without human transformation is just a document. The most important work I could do was working directly with leaders. Helping them know themselves. Because when leaders know themselves, everything changes — their teams, their culture, the people around them.
Today I am healthy. I am alive. And I am living a life of impact.
This journey also led me to ongoing study in Transactional Analysis and a sustained personal practice, including daily meditation — because I only take leaders where I have been willing to go myself.
Because leadership is not something we perform. Who you are is how you lead. And it is something we become more conscious of — and take responsibility for — over time.
How I Work
My work combines psychological depth with systems thinking.
It is grounded in the reality that leadership does not happen in isolation — it unfolds within the individual, shaped by how they see themselves and the world, and within complex organisational, relational and contextual dynamics.
Where useful, frameworks are used to make patterns visible and translate them into real situations and decisions. The focus is on expanding your capacity to respond with awareness rather than habit.
Clients often describe the work as both supportive and challenging — creating space for reflection, while working directly with real situations as they unfold.
Foundations
My work is grounded in Transactional Analysis — a psychological framework that offers particular depth in understanding how patterns form, how they show up under pressure, and how they can change over time. It is also informed by Immunity to Change and the Leadership Circle Profile, both of which I am a certified facilitator in. I am a PCC-credentialed executive coach and have worked with leaders across financial services, technology, consumer goods, consulting, hospitality, media and others.
I work with

The Luminary Leader Retreat
An immersive leadership experience on the Mediterranean coast — for a small group of senior leaders ready to do the real work.
Enquire about the next cohortThis is not a conference. Not a team away day. It is concentrated developmental work — held in one of the most quietly spectacular settings on the Mediterranean coast.
The Premise
At senior level, the challenge is rarely capability. It is how you think, decide and show up when pressure is real, stakes are high and there is no obvious answer.
This retreat creates the conditions to understand that — and to experience leading differently.
The work happens in the room. It also happens on the water, in the mountains, and in the moments between. Every element of the week is intentional.
Hiking into the canyon. Out on the Mediterranean. And the kind of conversations that only happen when you are far from the office.
Who This Is For
Leaders operating in complex, high-responsibility environments — navigating uncertainty, significant pressure, or a moment of transition.
Leaders who sense that the next level of their leadership requires something different from them. And who are willing to look inward, not only outward.
Places are limited to six. Cohorts form by application. Individual leaders and corporate groups are both welcome.
For leaders who want the full depth of the retreat experience in a private, individual format.
The same location. The same methodology. The same concentration of developmental work — held entirely around you, your context and what you are navigating.
Over three to four days on the Costa Tropical, we work through the Luminary Leader Mirror™ assessment, your leadership patterns under pressure, and what it would mean to lead differently. The canyon, the water, the setting — all remain part of the experience, now shaped entirely around your rhythm and pace.
This is for leaders for whom privacy is not a preference but a requirement. Or for whom the timing, the focus, or the nature of what they are working through makes an individual container the right one.
